API 610 Pumps - Australian Fluid Handling

AFH specialises in the supply of API 610 pumps to the oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, power generation, gas production, and specialty processing industries. With our world-renowned integrally geared Sundyne and Marelli Pumps, we are able to offer best in class machinery and support for your pumping needs.

AFH is able to supply pumps in various configurations:

From OH1 through to OH6;
BB1 through to BB5, as well as;
VS1 through to VS6.

Sundyne’s unique OH6 integrally gear driven pump design offers the ability to optimise efficiency, curve shape, NPSH, runout horsepower and radial loading to provide economical, reliable operation through various combinations of impeller, diffuser, and inducer geometry. These are a speciality of AFH and are engineered for critical high-head, low-flow, heavy-duty services required in the most demanding of environments.

Available in LMV (Line Mounted Vertical) or BMP (Base Mounted Pump) configurations, each member in the line offers multi-stage performance from a small single-stage unit.

Material Certification and PMI are provided along with the full suite of API testing requirements.

Sundyne Marelli’s API 610 pumps are designed for reliable, high-efficiency performance with for critical upstream and downstream services. Capable of reaching very high flow rates and pressures, these pumps are very well suited to refining, petrochemical, offshore, floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) operations, floating liquified natural gas (FLNG) facilities, chemical and general industries.

Also available in the range are the large engineered water pumps for refining cooling towers, raw water intake, water transfer, irrigation and large osmosis plants.

SPECIFICATIONS

Pump range is large and contains low flow designs starting at 0.3m3/hr to larger BB1 models able to handle up to 23,000m3/hr.

With horizontal pumps with NPSHR values starting at 0.3m and VS6, models pumps can meet the toughest suction conditions.

Wide choice of pumps for specific applications: OH1 through to OH6, BB1 through to BB5 as well a range of VS pump options.

Services up to 350bar and temperatures up to 450°C can be handled.

Pumps can be supplied in a wide range of material classes from S-5 through to D-2 or variants as specified.

Pumps can also be supplied with seal systems in accordance with API682. This includes complex dual seal systems in accordance with plan 52, 53A or 53B and gas seals plan 72/74.
