Custom Chemical Injection Skids for Refinery Applications
The purpose of the custom-designed and built skid package is to dilute and inject a controlled volume of caustic solution at 3%-5% into the crude, which will react with the Chlorides to form a less corrosive Chloride solution. The integrated hardware automatically detects and adjusts, making real-time automated changes to ensure controlled volume.
This required detailed design and engineering, testing and configuration to ensure automated, repeatable and reliable dosing.
