The ANSIMAG sealless magnetic drive non-metallic product line is simple by design. All wetted parts are molded ETFE components to safely handle a generous range of corrosives and solvents up to 250°F (121°C) without corrosion.

Operation

Ansimag Operation

  1. Fluid enters the suction nozzle and passes through the shaft support
  2. Primary flow exits the discharge nozzle
  3. A slip stream flows from the impeller discharge to the rear of the pump and forward across the main bearing towards the suction eye providing radial bearing lubrication
  4. A second slip stream flows to the front of the pump across the mouth ring providing axial thrust bearing lubrication
