Sale of the valve division ‘TechFLOW’ to AVK Flow Control

We are pleased to announce the sales of Australian Fluid Handling’s Valve division ‘TechFLOW’ to AVK Flow Control Pty Ltd. As of Monday 1st February 2016 the Valve division ‘TechFLOW’ will trade as:
AVK Flow Control Pty Ltd is part of the internationally renowned AVK Group and forms part of the group’s Industrial Division. AVK Flow Control Pty Ltd has operated in Australia since 2011, and is looking forward to expanding its activities further in Australia and the Pacific Rim through this acquisition.
While this change reflects a change in legal ownership of the Valve Division ‘TechFLOW’ business, our business and interaction with our customers will continue as usual. All customer terms will remain unchanged unless notified.
Although we have sold the AFH Valve Division ‘TechFLOW’, the remaining AFH process and pumping equipment and fuel management business remains unchanged and will continue as usual under the ownership of Australian Fluid Handling Pty Ltd (AFH). All customer relationships and services relating to our pumps, process equipment, skid packages and fuel management systems and services are not affected by this sale.
