Reciprocating compressor packaging
Neuman & Esser South East Asia (NEASEA) were awarded the supply of two Nitrogen Booster compression packages (duty and standby) in accordance with API 618 for a Western Australian LNG production facility.

This heavily specified package also required maximization of Australian content wherever practical.

As NEASEA’s channel partner in this region, AFH was selected to package the compression equipment locally. This had the significant benefits of maximizing compliance to the Australian pressure vessel, piping and electrical specifications as well as simplifying the logistics for delivery to site. This also allowed easier access during assembly and testing for the project inspectors, expediters and customer representatives.

AFH worked to produce equipment in accordance with the design done by NEASEA which included provision of all piping and structural fabricated components. What was not free issued by NEASEA was purchased and the final assembly and testing was performed by AFH in our Altona facility.

The equipment was supported by the provision of complete Manufacturer’s data as required by the project and is commonplace on most projects undertaken by AFH.
